Empowering Workforce Diversity – Al Ghadeer Group Visits Ethiopia
As part of our strategic expansion to source skilled and resilient workers from across the globe, Al Ghadeer Group recently visited Ethiopia.
Our goal was clear: to create a bridge between Ethiopia’s talented workforce and Kuwait’s growing labor needs, especially in domestic work, caregiving, and support services. Ethiopia is home to a large population of dedicated individuals seeking better opportunities abroad, and we are proud to be a channel for their success.
During our trip, we met with training institutions, labor consultants, and community leaders. We observed first-hand the commitment of Ethiopian candidates to learning new skills and adapting to international service standards.
